Welcome to Assura Blackpool LLP

Assura Blackpool is a provider organisation for 11 practices based within Blackpool PCT, consisting of 96,000 patients.  Assura Blackpool plans to deliver clinical services from existing primary care sites or Community Hospitals in the local area.

Assura plans to be an exemplary provider to demonstrate the shift of secondary care services into the community using previously established premises.  The providers will be a selection of qualified clinicians including Consultants, GPs and GPwSIs (GPs with special interests), as well as other professionals allied to medicine and other specialists.

Assura Intelligence and IT will enable and deliver this high-quality care cost effectively and closer to the patient.
