CMB Chairman
The CMB Chairman is a GP member of the LLP and is usually elected by the CMB. They are also usually appointed ‘Designated Member’

Runs the CMB

Ensures the Board gives clear and meaningful direction

Ensures Board cohesion, maintaining openness and understanding ‘sensitivities’
